Komiseri mukuru w’urwego rw’igihugu rushinzwe imfungwa n’abagororwa aratangaza ko urwo rwego rugiye kwihutira gukemura bimwe mu bibazo abafungwa n’abagororwa bafite cyane cyane icyo gufungirwa kure y’imiryango yabo.
Ibyo Komiseri Mukuru Paul Rwarakabije yabitangaje kuwa 15/01/2013 ubwo yasuraga ibikorwa by’abari mu gihano nsimburagifungo cy’imirimo ifitiye igihugu akamaro (TIG) n’abafungwa n’abagororwa bo muri gereza ya Bugesera.
Kimwe mu bibazo bamugaragarije ni ikijyanye n’abafungiye kure y’imiryango yabo bikabagora gusurwa no kubona amakuru ku bijyanye n’imanza zabo. Komiseri Mukuru Paul Rwarakabije yavuze ko icyo kibazo RCS igiye kuzashakirwa umuti.
Agira ati “abafungiye kure y’imiryango yabo bagiye kwegerezwa hafi, ibyo bikemure ikibazo cy’abamwe mubafungwa badafite amadosiye kuko azakurikiranirwa hafi”.

Gereza ya Bugesera ifite abafungwa n’abagororwa 2772 ariko 1349 bakomoka kure y’imiryango yabo, abenshi muri bo bakaba bakomoka mu ntara y’Amajyepfo.
Rwarakabije yavuze ko icyo gikorwa kizahera kuri abo bafite ibibazo hanyuma kigakomereza no ku bandi. Ati “ibi si ubwa mbere bigiye gukorwa kuko twabikoze muri gereza ya Kabuga kandi byerekana umusaruro mwiza”.
