Ku birebana n’iterambere, kuwa 25 Ukwakira 2013 i Musanze, Umuyobozi w’Ishuri ry’u Rwanda ritanga amahugurwa ku bijyanye no kubaka no kubungabunga amahoro n’Umuyobozi mukuru wa EASFCOM (Eastern Africa Standby Force Coordination Mechanism) bashyize umukono ku masezerano y’ubufatanye hagati y’ibigo byombi ku bijyanye no kuyobora amahugurwa n’ubushakashatsi.
